Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Sugarsky4u, in order to offer you the best service it is important that you know our purchasing policy.
Orders are processed and shipped out in 3 to 5 business days.
Returns and Exchange:
Please verify your order before processing it, as all sales are final and no refunds are given without exceptions.
Issues:
You have 48 hours to verify that your order is complete. We will take into account the time of delivery by carrier assigned to your order.
Insufficient or Incorrect Address:
Please verify you address before submitting the order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to errors in the address. If package is returned to sender (me) due to incorrect address, shipping refund will not be issued. If customer requests re-ship customer will pay for the cost of the re-ship.

Shipping:
We are not responsible for lost packages. In case you do not receive your package you must submit a claim with the USA Postal Service. All orders will be shipped via USPS.

We do not accept returns on refunds on items at this time. By placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions, and accept that all sales are final.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage or if you receive the wrong item , so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Standard Shipping: Available at checkout and includes Tracking Number.
Free Shipping: Available at checkout without Tracking Number.
I am not responsible for the package once it is shipped. Please refer to tracking information via email correspondence for tracking number and carrier directly, should any issues arise. I am not responsible for lost or for late packages.
